Please see below for the fees for the 2024/2025 Season. Please note that fees for U8-U14 teams include BOTH Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 seasons within the seasonal year. For U15-U19 teams, fees are for the Fall 2024 season ONLY, due to the fact that these teams do not participate in the spring due to school soccer.
CLUB FEES
Club Fees are collected by Hoover Soccer Club in exchange for a place on an HSC Competitive Team. Your competitive Club Fees include the following: Season registration fees for 2024/2025, player and team registration with Alabama Soccer Association, monthly training sessions with licensed staff coaches, monthly technical and agility, fall team camp, coaching staff salaries, administrative staff salaries, field equipment, field usage and rental (turf and grass), coaching education, administrative fees, and other club overhead expenses. Uniforms and Team Fees (see below for Team Fees information) are NOT included in this cost.

Club Fees Payment Information:
- If you accept an invitation to participate on a Junior Phantoms or Competitive Program team, you will have the option to pay in full or choose an installment plan ($200 deposit required) to break up your Club Fees into smaller payments.
- If you choose an installment plan, each payment will automatically be charged to your card on file on the 1st of everyone month starting on July 1, 2024. This payment plan is to make it easier for families to pay by spreading the payments out over 5 separate installments after the initial deposit. This is not a monthly subscription to play soccer.

- All U13 and 14U players are expected to play the full year. Anyone considering playing soccer for their school in the spring must contact the program director in advance of accepting a spot on a competitive team.
TEAM FEES
Team Fees are collected by the Team Manager for each HSC Competitive Team and support specific team items not covered by your Club Fees. Team Fees cover the cost of referees for league games, tournament entry fees, and coaching expenses for any travel if applicable. Team Fees are not optional regardless of participation and are the equal responsibility of each player on the team.
Team Fees will be collected at the start of each fall and spring season based on the age group as shown below. These fees are 100% for team activities – no portion of these fees go to Hoover Soccer Club. Any leftover funds will go towards an activity for that team.
